i’m having a psycho week at work, so this might be it until AN EPIC SURPRISE ON MONDAY. miss jenn is coming to visit me this weekend, and we have big plans. i could not be more excited. i know it’s not exactly valentine’s day yet, but i wrote a little ditty in honor of her trip. i’m no poet, OBVIOUSLY, but here goes.
jennifer is my valentine
and we’ll be drinking lots of wine.
we’ll hobble around in F-me heels
for we can’t get behind the wheel.
we’ll be just like miranda and carrie
except we’re not lesbians and we’re not married.
try not to drop food on our pretty dresses
for ‘toga boys don’t like hot messes.
we’ll work the floor and make the rounds
and lo and behold, free drinks abound!
strong margaritas will help us heal
after fainting from all the sex appeal
for of new releases we’ll see two
with channing, bradley, and taylor too!

That is fabulous! Every Valentine’s Day should involved f-me heels. Mine, however, is going to involve monster trucks. Seriously…my husband and I thought that the most romantic way to spend our first Valentine’s Day as a married couple would be to get hammered at a Monster Truck rally. Love is in the air…
